At GFTS, we proudly introduce our Airline Compatible Roster Program, an innovative approach to flight training that simulates real-world airline operations. This unique program schedules students for five consecutive days of flying, followed by two rest days, incorporating both long and short flights to enhance various pilot skills. The long flights focus on radio communication, flight planning, and navigation, while the short flights emphasize handling and aircraft control. With this approach, students not only accumulate necessary flight hours but also gain practical insights into airline operations, preparing them effectively for their commercial pilot careers and the advanced stages of modular training.
