Who Are We
At GFTS, we proudly introduce our Airline Compatible Roster Program, an innovative approach to flight training that simulates real-world airline operations. This unique program schedules students for five consecutive days of flying, followed by two rest days, incorporating both long and short flights to enhance various pilot skills. The long flights focus on radio communication, flight planning, and navigation, while the short flights emphasize handling and aircraft control. With this approach, students not only accumulate necessary flight hours but also gain practical insights into airline operations, preparing them effectively for their commercial pilot careers and the advanced stages of modular training.

They are dedicated to fostering a supportive learning environment and helping each student reach their full potential.
Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul Expertise (MRO) is a crucial aspect of our operation. Our skilled maintenance team ensures that all aircraft are in top condition, adhering to the highest safety and performance standards. This dedication to excellence in maintenance provides our students with a reliable and safe fleet for their training needs.
Our accommodations are tailored to provide a comfortable and secure living environment for our students. We offer a range of housing options, from dormitory-style rooms to private apartments, all equipped with essential amenities. These living spaces are designed to be conducive to both study and relaxation, with quiet study areas and communal spaces for social interaction. The safety of our students is paramount, and our accommodations are equipped with 24/7 security monitoring, ensuring peace of mind for both students and their parents. We strive to create a ‘home away from home’ atmosphere, supporting our students’ academic and personal needs.
Safety & Medical Facilities
The heart of our training program lies in our fleet of aircraft, which are selected for their reliability and advanced features. Each aircraft is maintained to exceed industry safety standards, undergoing regular inspections and maintenance by our team of skilled technicians. Our training emphasizes a culture of safety, teaching students not only how to fly but also how to anticipate and mitigate risks. This commitment to safety extends to our flight simulators and training devices, which are used to expose students to various flight scenarios in a controlled and safe environment.
Feedback and Reporting
We believe in transparent and continuous communication with parents. Regular reports on students’ progress, both in flying and academics, are provided to keep parents informed. We also have a dedicated parent liaison officer available to address any questions or concerns. Our feedback system allows parents to share their insights and suggestions, helping us to continuously improve our program. Parents are also invited to participate in periodic webinars and meetings, fostering a collaborative relationship in support of their child’s flight training journey.
